Dump Truck Cake

 

This was a last minute cake for a company Christmas party. The cake is decorated completley in fondant. The wheels are Reese Peanut Butter Big Cups covered in fondant and the "dirt" in the truck box is chocolate cake. Flavor is french vanilla with vanilla buttercream.                                                 

Christmas Ornament Cake

       

 

This holiday cake was inspired from a picture of a similar cake that I had seen online. I thought it was so amazing and I to take on the challenge and see if I could do something like that myself.  It wasn't easy but I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome. This is a 6" circular cake covered and decorated completely in fondant. Flavor is Julie chocolate with buttercream icing.

Cheesecake Birthday Cake

 

This birthday cake was for a university student who is always studying or writing papers. We wanted to send her a clear message that studying on her birthday was not allowed. The desk, chair, computer, books, coffee mug and crime scene tape are all made of gum paste. This is a low fat cheesecake with fresh strawberries and a strawberry glaze.

Baby Shower Bib Cakes

 

This cake was made for a dear friend who was expecting her first child. Each cake is covered and decorated with fondant. Each cake is decorated to resemble a bib, each with a different pattern. Flavors are french vanilla, vanilla buttercream and red velvet with chocolate buttercream

A Very Dora Birthday

This birthday cake was for a sweet little girl who loves Dora the Explorer. This 10" cake is decorated with buttercream with chocolate candy accents. Dora is molded from chocolate candy and she stands about 8" tall in the middle of the cake. The lettering and the flowers are also molded chocolate candy. Flavor is Julie chocolate with vanilla buttercream.

Black & White Birthday

I was super excited when I got the call to do this black and white cake!! I have been wanting to do a black and white cake for a while now, I just love how simple but dramatic they are. This 2 tier 10" and 6" cake has three widths of stripes on the bottom tier and different sized and shaped polka dots on the top tier. Flavors are Julie chocolate with chocolate filling and vanilla buttercream.

This cake was created for a surprise birthday party. This poker themed cake is a 10" cake covered in black fondant with green accents. The table felt with symbols, all the poker chips and the playing cards are also made of fondant. Flavor is chocolate with vanilla buttercream.
